Good product, minor shipping snag

I bought the JRL FreshFade 2020C Clipper from Iverreal a few weeks ago. The clipper itself is really good, feels solid and cuts smoothly. It's a noticeable step up from my old one, and the battery life has been impressive so far. Shipping took 5 days to reach Denver, which was okay, but the tracking info wasn't updated for a couple of days in the middle, which made me wonder where it was. Customer service was quick to respond when I asked about it, so that was a plus. The price was competitive, especially for a professional tool. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the clipper's performance, just wish the tracking was a bit more consistent.
